Bajjodi , Oct 30, 2022 : "A creative mind can make art out of anything". To encourage creativity in children, a colouring competition was held at Infant Mary Parish hall followed by an Eco-friendly workshop on October 30th, Sunday at 4pm. More than 70 children participated in the competition and the workshop.

Mr. Jayaprakash Ekkur was the Resource Person, who motivated the children into making pens out of used paper. Mrs. Meena Pinto welcomed everyone. Parish Priest Fr. Ivan Dsouza welcomed Mr. Jayaprakash Ekkur with a bouquet of flowers. Fr. Rayan Pinto, Vice President Mr. Prakash Saldanha, Secretary Mrs. Irene Pinto were among those present. Mr. Santhosh Veigas introduced the Resource Person to the gathering. Mr. Ekkur explained and trained the children to make seed paper pens.

The workshop was a success as all the children enthusiastically participated and prepared beautiful pens. The best 4 - Shaan Veigas, Larissa Cornelio, Vinoy Dsouza and Flakson Dsouza were selected and were awarded prizes.
