June 13, 2017: The feast of St Antony of Padua, popularly known as Wonder worker was celebrated by the members of St Antony ward on Tuesday, 13th June in the Parish Hall.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Parish clergy, Vice President, Mr. Joseph Mascarenhas, Secretary Mrs. Irene Pinto PPC and leaders of different wards.
The programme began with the Prayer song by the ward members.
Mr. Santosh Veigas extended a warm welcome to all the dignitaries. Mrs. Lydwin briefed the activities of the ward in the annual report. Parish Priest felicitated youngsters of the ward who had secured good results. A good number of entertainment programme and games were conducted to make all happy. Parish priest in his address congratulated the ward members for the well organized programme. He also sought the support and cooperation of the members to the ward leader for the betterment of the ward.
Ms. Melisha Pinto and Master Iden Crasta compered the programme while Mrs. Gracy Rasquinha proposed the vote of thanks. The programme concluded with the delicious meal.
