Bajjodi - Jan 20, 2017: This year 2017 has been declared as the year of Small Christian Communities in Mangalore Diocese by Bisop Dr Aloysius D'Souza. In our parish we had the inauguration of SCC on January 15th Sunday at 6.30 a.m mass. The procession was led by the Vice precedent Joseph Mascarenhas and 10 Gurkars, Altar Servers and Parish Team.
It was followed by enthronement of the Holy Bible on decorated stand. Parish Priest unveiled the logo of Small Christian Community. The solemn Eucharistic celebrated by Fr. Shabas Crasta and concelebrated by Fr. Ivan D’souza. Soon after the mass the SCC programme Booklets were distributed to the Gurkars.
