Bajjodi, 22 November 2015: Renowned Konkani Writer, M Patrick’s 14th book titled VOZRAM ANI MOTHIYAM was released on 22nd  November at Infant Mary Church, Bajjodi by Fr. Deep Fernandes OCD. This contains a collection of inspiring stories written Mr. Patrick.

Mr. Patrick is a rare novelist and story teller who has brought well-known English Novels to Konkani and authored two dramas and published two books from his own publication, ‘Nithyadhar Prakashan’. He has authored not only 14 books, also contributed to various Konkani magazines with his short stories. 

He is a king without a crown. Never longed for a leaf of honor but toiled to make Konkani literature known. We must appreciate his attempt to translate English novels, thus making Konkani literature richer. Now he is celebrating his 75th year of life. The age does not kill the spirit of workmanship in him. At present he serves as Asst. Editor to BAJJODICHO KUROV parish bulletin.
