A Training Session was organised for the members of the 21 Ayogs of Infant Mary Parish on Sunday, 9th July, 2023 from 10am to 12.30 pm., wherein 32 members were present.
The session began with a prayer led by the co ordinator of the 21 Commissions, Mr. Ronald Goveas. Vice President of the Parish Council, Mr. Prakash Saldanha welcomed the Resource Person -Rev. Fr. Joachim Fernandes with a bouquet flowers and introduced him to the gathering.
At first, Fr. Joachim briefed the members on the framework of the 21 Commissions in general and thereafter specifically explained the duties, rules and regulations of each respective Commission.
Since the nature of work of some Commissions overlapped, Fr. Joachim suggested that those with similar framework could come together and organise programmes and activities collectively.
Secretary of the Parish Council, Mrs. Elizabeth Pereira proposed the Vote of Thanks.
The session concluded at 12.30 pm with a short prayer.
Refreshments were served to those present.
