April 5, 2020 : In the event of total lockdown being followed, suspension of public masses and services did not stop devotees from practicing their faith at home with their families. The support and guidance was rendered by our dear priests who devoutly shared masses and prayers through social media that helped devotees to a great extent in practicing faith as per the directives given by the diocese.

Devotees have exhibited their solidarity, faith and support to the Catholic Church in a unique way on Palm Sunday. Apart from participating in the Liturgy on social media and praying privately , the symbolic commemoration of Palm Sunday by them in a creative way of decorating their doors, houses and gates with palms is indeed a message that no disease or pandemic can stop us Catholics from welcoming Jesus into our homes and lives. Nothing can stop us from practicing our faith and giving witness to Christ.
