Bajjodi,Aug. 15,2018 :Infant Mary Church had organised a unique ‘Grotto making competition’ on the occasion of Independence day and  the Assumption of Mary at Infant Mary Church at 3pm.

Parish Priest Fr. Ivan D’souza, Assistant Priest Fr. Patrick lobo, Parish Council Vice President Mr. Joseph Mascarenhas & Secretary Irene Pinto were present. The real success behind this competition was the enthusiasm of the participants. 9 wards took part in the competition and showcased their creative ideas and prepared lovely Grottos. All the items captured the attention of the parishioners.

Fr. Jawahar Cutinho and Fr. Anil Lobo judged the competition. Mrs. Meena Pinto Compered the programme. Mr. Victor pinto proposed the vote of thanks.

First Place :Vailankanni ward
Second Place : Carmel ward
Third Place :Little Flower ward
