Drug safety awareness programme was organized at Infant Mary Church hall at 10.30 am on Sunday, 11th Aug 2019, by the team from Kankanady Police Station. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Ivan D'souza welcomed the Police team and the gathering.

Police inspector Bhaskar spoke on drug-addiction in schools and colleges. He explained about the different types of drugs, reasons and legal measures undertaken to control the drug menace. He also spoke about the importance of police personnel in our society.

Bajjodi ward incharge Sunitha K and Ramesh were present on this occasion. More than 50 members were present for the programme. Fr. Ivan Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks.
